Last week, Ben and I traveled to Seattle, Washington for a 5-day vacation!
Ben’s school year officially ended on Friday, and the very next day, we hopped on a plane to the west coast! We stayed at Pan Pacific Seattle, a hotel located in downtown Seattle. Our hotel was located in a really walkable area — close to the Space Needle, Pike Place, the Starbucks Roastery, and many more touristy places! As if the location wasn’t already amazing enough, we were located beside a Starbucks and a Whole Foods. (Hello, vegan goodies!)
Our week in Seattle began with 2 full days with Andra and Brent! We had brunch at an all-vegan restaurant, No Bones Beach Club! It was delicious, and so much fun to pick from a menu where anything is an option!
Seattle, Washington Travel Guide
We walked around Seattle and visited all of the main attractions — like The Great Wheel, Pike Place, the Gum Wall, the 1912 Pike Starbucks, and many more fun places! I’m convinced my coffee tasted even better at the original Starbucks!
Ben and I had a really delicious lunch at Homegrown, pictured below! Do you ever feel like it’s tough to eat healthy meals while on vacation? I definitely do! (Especially where vegan cookies can be found!) One meal I really loved was at Homegrown, where I had a delicious beet salad with pickled onions and cucumbers. I love beets! (Also, how fun is their logo?)
Overall, we had so, so much fun visiting Seattle! The weather was sunny and warm, there was so much to see and do, and we really enjoyed our trip!
